These projects include the Sabunotan Watershed Management; installation of DENR-PENRO Dinagat Islands Satellite Office in the municipality of Tubajon; 2020 Enhanced National Greening Program (ENGP) and Resilience Program (RP) Implementation of Dinagat Islands; and Tiger Grass Planting for Soft BroomMaking located at Barangay Rosita, Libjo town.

The signing was led by Governor Arlene Kaka Bag-ao, together with DENR-PENRO officer Agapito T. Patubo, DTI Dinagat Islands Provincial Director Arnold D. Faelnar, TESDA Provincial Director Florante L. Herrera, and DOLE Provincial Head Verlan V. Diaz. It was witnessed by Libjo Vice Mayor Zoltan Arnel S. Edera, McArthur Farmers Entrepreneur Association (MAFEA) President Mamerto C. Grande, Provincial Administrator designate Dr. Aimee A. Jimeno, Provincial Cooperative Development Officer Alvin B. Dela Cruz, Provincial Community Affairs Officer (PCAO) Jay G. Benitez, and Provincial Agriculturist Oswaldo T. Borja.

In her message, Governor Bag-ao lauded the efforts of the national line agencies in forging and consolidating commitments to protect the environment and help improve the lives of all Dinagatnons.
