Depending on the assets and our client’s needs we promote the auction nationally and internationally. The live auctions can be complemented using internet technologies such as the CARASA Web Cast, allowing more buyers to participate in the auction. Sign a contract
formalizing the business relationship
We require our customers to sign a contract that specifies who the owner of the assets is and that CARASA is a third party that commercializes the assets and therefore has no possession of the assets; it also specifies validity and commissions.

We publish the auction on the CARASA webpage including all the information regarding the auction: how to take part in it, date, time, venue, list of assets with photos and annex.
Marketing and promotion campaign Press, Internet, Telemarketing
We advertise the auction in the press, e-mailing, and direct marketing; based on CARASA’s database.
Auction
Our team will take care of the logistics for the auction (mobile office, auction systems, audio equipment, video, etc.), as well as the registration of the buyers and the winners of the assets.
Payment
We keep track of the payments and payment reconciliations and billing data compilation. Our goal is to comply with the Terms and Conditions established in the Auction Participation (which usually takes 5 days).
Release of assets and delivery
CARASA transfers the funds of the bidders with the lot details and billing data to the consigner.
Payment of commission
CARASA will send the bill for our services based on the commissions established on the contract, based on the fully paid lots.
