I was lucky enough to travel back to New Zealand for the past couple of weeks and enjoy some much needed R&R with the family along with toasting a glass or two to the Caravelle completing its renovation. Last month we opened our Heritage wing, home to our much anticipated Suites and Signature Lounge which completes our hotel renovation. If you haven’t seen our new spaces, please let me know and I will be happy arrange a site inspection with our friendly sales team. And… if that’s not enough, our Local’s Lunch is back at Nineteen and the 20% discount on food has been extended to anyone residing in Saigon with a valid business card or local ID. In my opinion Saigon’s most delicious and most value for money lunch buffet. Running from Monday to Saturday 11:45am – 2:30pm with a range of salads, soups, sushi and chilled seafood. Not forgetting the mouthwatering meats us carnivores can’t live without. Chef Ivan and his team have been working hard experimenting with new dishes, so whether it is a special lunch, business meeting or you are feeling a bit peckish on your lunch break, pop into Nineteen and treat yourself. If you’re like me and forgot to impress on Valentine’s Day last month, Sunday the 8th March is International Women’s Day and th your chance of redemption. On Sunday, March 8 , Nineteen Restaurant will offer two sensational buffets to this very special half of the world as a celebration for International Women’s Day. Our Sunday Brunch will be open as usual from 12:00 to 15:00 for those who love to have a relaxing brunch experience. But if you prefer to save the best for the later then dine to a scrumptious dinner buffet with many of our chefs exclusive dishes prepared to please the Queens!
