Exchange Programs

The AIESEC Exchange Programs are partly subsidized and fully residential internships that provide young individuals with work or professional training in one of our partnered corporate clientele around the world. The AIESEC network facilitates, supervises and evaluates the exchange, which lasts for a period of 6 weeks to 18 months. We believe that living and working abroad in combination with entire AIESEC Experience is the most powerful way for an individual to explore & develop his potential as agents of change.

The Global Internship Program This program offers internships that contribute to the professional development of a member and assist members to specialise in a certain field of work. They are normally long term in nature and involve working on diverse business projects and organisations.

Global Community Development Program International internships are the most intense learning experience we offer and links together our global network. This program encompasses cross-cultural positive impact through working abroad for social and community development projects that lead to self development and skill enhancement.

2. Assessment Center The Assessment Center evaluates the applicants based on their competencies. To assess them, AIESEC AdMU utilizes the Global Competency Model, a list of five competencies that AIESEC International measures in each AIESECer to evaluate their development in the organization. Our Current Interns My First Week in Romania I

“ t’s been more than a week since I first landed in Oradea and so far, the experience has been very eye-opening and beyond expectations. The AIESECers in this place are just so accommodating that I already feel like I’ve already been part of their LC for so long. I’m with them every day and they really know how to take care of their trainees. Free food, free accommodations, but the good stuff does not end there. More than anything, it’s the enthusiasm and sincerity when they bring us around the city, when they call us up to see how we’re doing, when they take us to our places of internship, when they take us to the pub, and when they give us the hugs and handshakes at the end of the day, that have made this experience incredible.” APRIL 21 2011 ORADEA , ROMANIA
