Why Carbon Valley Life?
C
reating this publication now is so important because we all are yearning to be connected locally. People need people. Local businesses like yours need to connect with people as well, in a meaningful and genuine way. No more than one-third of this magazine will be devoted to advertising the highest quality local businesses. The other two-thirds will enlighten, entertain, and - I hope inspire readers with authentic content made for Carbon Valley neighbors, by Carbon Valley neighbors. Each bimonthly issue of Carbon Valley Life will arrive in the mailboxes of over 14,000 homes, in addition to being available at local businesses. That’s a reach of more than 30,000 Tri-Town residents! As publishing editor and Firestone resident, I approach this adventure not as a media mogul, but as the girl next door... who just happens to have almost a decade of advertising and publishing experience. I look forward to creating something wonderful for you!

Carbon Valley Kids Carbon Valley has one of the youngest populations in Colorado. Even if you don’t have kids yourself, there are likely important young people in your life. It is our privilege to share just a few of the wonderful things these young people are accomplishing. Our youth are active. They’re spirited. They compete. They’re artistic. It is only fitting that they have a place to shine - we call this feature simply “Carbon Valley Kids.” Do you know a person up to age 19 who wants to write for this section or who needs recognition for what they’re doing? Email editor@carbonvalley.life.
