SEMESTER ABROAD PROGRAMS Cardozo’s semester abroad programs offer law students a large variety of international elective courses in their fields of interest, immersion into the intricacies of other legal systems around the world, and a new perspective on current global legal issues. RELATED CLINICS, PRACTICUM AND JOURNALS Cardozo Journal of International and Comparative Law The Cardozo Journal of International and Comparative Law offers a vital platform for academic dialogue on world events shaping the political, social and economic landscape. The journal publishes scholarly articles and hosts an annual symposium on global issues.
Kathryn O. Greenberg Immigration Justice Clinic The clinic responds to the vital need for quality legal representation for indigent immigrants facing deportation. They represent immigrants before federal immigration authorities and in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, and represent immigrant community-based organizations on litigation and advocacy projects.
Holocaust Claims Restitution Practicum The practicum places students at the Holocaust Claims Processing Office, New York Legal Assistance Group and other agencies investigating and pursuing claims made by victims of the Holocaust.

Human Rights and Atrocity Prevention Clinic The clinic partners with human rights nongovernmental organizations to allow students to experience human rights advocacy in its various forms. They litigate before international and regional tribunals, investigate human rights violations, publish academic and policy scholarship on atrocity prevention, and engage in strategic advocacy before the UN.
