care4mobility

care4mobility is an Erasmus+ project, dedicated to supporting mobility of VET learners in health and social care professions across Europe. Six institutions from Germany, the Netherlands, Turkey, Italy, Poland and Lithuania work together for a two-year period to achieve one common aim - to provide a high-quality framework for the learning mobilities of their students.
