Tip
To help you get started, here are some questions to help you think about the type of activities that appeal to you: • Do you have any hobbies that you would like to do more of? • Would you like to try something new? • Would you like to meet people who have similar experiences and interests to yourself? • How regularly do you want to take part in something?
