statement
who
WE ARE
Established in 2006, Careers Australia has rapidly grown to become one of the nation’s leading providers of quality Vocational Education and Training. Whether face-to-face at one of our campuses, online, or a bit of both through FlexLearn, or our blended workplace model, we deliver more than 200 Australian Quality Training Framework (AQTF) compliant qualifications geared toward individuals and organisations across pink, white and blue collar industries. Whatever the industry or the student, we provide practical, up-to-date training, education and workplace skills, giving them what they need to be job-ready and adequately prepared for both ever-changing environments and new possibilities. This approach has proven effective, with 70% of our graduating students finding new employment or further training after their time with us. Currently, we have 18,000 students studying with us in our study areas: Business
Information Technology
Resources and Infrastructure
Healthcare
Creative Industries
Community Services and Legal
Automotive and Engineering
Electrotechnology and Telecommunications
Hospitality and Events
Transport, Rail and Logistics
Building and Construction
It’s this diverse range of study options that has allowed us to successfully upskill and train staff from more than 2500 companies, alongside our already sizeable cohort of ambitious individuals. This has also acted as a strong starting point for our schools program, which gives secondary students clearer pathways for future study and employment.
HOW WE
work
In the modern working world, jobs for life are few and far between, gone are the days when you were branded with a single title or direction for your whole career. Today’s careers are a work in progress from day one. At Careers Australia we have remained conscious of this when developing curriculums, courses and learning resources to suit our many students and industry partners. To this end, we deliver a level of flexibility and customisation that both enterprising individuals and growing organisations are looking for, in order to avoid being left behind.
