SOURCING, ATTRACTION, PRESELECTION We identify and contact candidates online to generate applications. We manage all contacts until they apply. We preselect the best on CV (for Afterworks) and through a phone interview, possibly also via online tests or video interviews (for Recruitment Days).

LOGISTICS We take the hassle out of the organization. We select the venue, negotiate the contract, send candidate invitations, set up the event and produce badges and programmes. We also send representatives of Careers International to every event.

OBJECTIVE To attract technical sales profiles with minimum 3 years of experience in Europe, the USA and India.

CHALLENGE • The supply of talent is very tight • Highly competitive recruitment market across the world

SOLUTION To organize 4 Afterworks in hotels or on client premises in Lisbon (Portugal), Washington DC (USA), Pune and Hyderabad (India). Each Afterwork brought together 5 HR or line managers and 20 candidates preselected on CV screening and qualification calls. Through group presentations and informal talks, the Client was able to present its career opportunities in an attractive way and, as a result, integrated qualified candidates into its recruitment process for short and midterm vacancies.

OBJECTIVE To hire specific technical profiles for its headquarters based in Germany.

CHALLENGE • The German employment market is very competitive • The targeted population is not very mobile

SOLUTION To organize 5 Recruitment Days in a midsized German city between 6 recruiters and 12 candidates. The candidates were preselected through CV screening and in-depth telephone interviews as well as online tests. Through scheduled meetings, tests and exercises, the Client was able to hire 3 to 5 candidates per Recruitment Day.
