As a proponent of anything NYC, Samantha Black tries to infuse the New York versatility in her clothing line, SammyBDesigns. She does it perfectly.

Black had always loved her clothes from childhood. Growing up, she attended Pratt Fashion School, where she bagged her BFA degree in Fashion Design. In tandem with her desire to create excellence in the arts, she became a DJ and music producer for Ayita Music Management.

However, fashion has always been her first love. She appeared in Project Runway Season 11 and, subsequently, All Stars 4. Also, Essence and Ebony magazine have recognized her as a designer to watch. Clearly, Samantha B, just like her clothing line, is an absolute delight to follow.
