As Chief Operations Officer at JOMA, Fayola Wilson Creque’s main focus is on operationalizing strategy. With over twentythree years of experience in the industry, Fayola brings a strong property management and real estate development background to JOMA. She has oversight of employee productivity, developing and delivering technologydriven business services and solutions, real estate development pro-forma modelling, finance and managing tenant relationships. At the core she aims to develop the Company’s human resources, improve profitability and increase asset value.

Until joining JOMA in 2003, Wilson-Creque was a management executive at one of the premier property development/management firms in Trinidad and Tobago. Under her tenure she was part of the development and management of high-end multi-story condominiums, villas, single family homes, multi-story office buildings, and a shopping mall. During her career, she also operated as the Vice President – Real Estate Assets of the largest portfolio of state owned industrial real estate managing over 350,000 square feet of built facilities, 715 acres of land and two (2) state-owned hotels in Trinidad & Tobago.

Fayola holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of the West Indies. While over her career, continues to pursue professional development courses, completing programs at BOMA (Building Owners & Management Association), ULI (Urban Land Institute), and Harvard Graduate School of Continuing Education and recently, training in Hotel Development & Operations from Cornell University.

When Fayola isn’t assessing the viability of new development projects or working with her team to build an inclusive company culture, you can find her actively participating in charity events benefitting underprivileged families, travelling the world, distance running and CrossFit.
