Michelle, also known as Francheska Moreland, is an innovative and versatile Marketing Professional & Entrepreneur, with a wealth of direct experience in Management, Advertising, Branding, and Business Coaching.

After receiving formal training from Monroe College in NY, Francheska holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing & Management.

Francheska became the proud Founder of the Virgin Islands Signature Jewellery Collection. A $1.3 million company, launched in the summer of 2012. The ‘VI Jewellery’ quickly became a household name and is now a fashion staple that mainstreamed national pride, worn by men and women, natives and visitors, who all love the Virgin Islands.

Over the course of 10 years, Francheska has served as a Marketing Director, Coordinator, and Brand Manager for her own Retail + Marketing Company and other Local Businesses. She develops a strong and lasting brand image for individuals, small businesses, and corporations. She takes pride in conceptualizing marketing plans that meet the diverse needs of her clients. She literally turns ideas into value.
