CW Sears’ Kindergarteners graduate Three sections of Kindergarten graduated last week MOUSH JOHN Editor
CW Sears said goodbye to Kindergarten sections of K1, K2, and K3 this past week. Mrs. Charlene Nickel’s section K2 graduated on Thursday, June 23, while her other section K1 and Mrs. Kyle’s section K3 graduated on Friday, June 24. “The year started out with the optimism of getting closer to normal with the easing of some of the guidelines and restrictions that had impacted schools in the last couple of years, but by the time we reached Kindergarten graduation today most things now do feel back to normal,” said Principal Adam Madsen. “We were able to enjoy field trips again and welcome in parents for events such as the Mother’s Day Tea and our Kindergarten graduation celebrations. “It was wonderful to enjoy some of these inperson celebrations again and celebrate our students and school!”
K1 graduating class included – Allison Warkentin, Archer Hemken, Ava Raynor, Avraley Carson, Carter Klita, Clara SaundersCampbell, Cohen Haugen, Frankie Samson, Grayden Riddell, Hudson Kallal, Isabelle Olson, Kayla Barmentloo, Keira Whitley, Kessler Suchy, Otto Holdsworth, Rylee Davison, Sam Stolz, Wade Schmidt, and William Madsen. K2 graduating class included – Allison Pawelko, Ava Rupp, Ben Crawford, Cane Hop, Ember O’Brien, Erin Mitchell, Jase McMartin, Keira McGale, Kenzie Jennings, Kyle Estey, Landry Vath, Lucas Maki, Lukas Yetman, Luke Rice, Michael Rutz, Noah Stahl, Saundra de Korver, Sawyer Gordon, William Friesen, and Zoey O’Brien. “We haven’t been able to have a Kindergarten Graduation ceremony for two years,” Mrs. Charlene Nickel said. “It felt great to celebrate this way with the students and their fam-

ilies again! “The Kindergarten year is huge for students. They learn so much, they gain responsibility and become more independent. The students that leave Kindergarten in June are different than the ones I meet in September. It seems appropriate to celebrate their accomplishments with a ceremony like we had.”
