Carla Alexander

Carla Alexander is a native of Palm Beach County. Starting her real estate activities at age 18 with the purchase of her first home in historic Northwood. Since then she has lent hundreds of millions of dollars to developers and homeowners from her seat as a loan officer with Community Savings. Since 2003, Carla has been buying, rehabbing and selling affordable housing throughout Palm Beach County. Carla is an award winning journalist, writing for years about housing, finance, and investments. Her practice and expertise focus on land acquisition, new construction and investment opportunities throughout the world. Current projects include the building of the last available custom homes in Jupiter’s Abacoa as well as the pairing of land owners with qualified buyers for future profit. Carla is a licensed insurance agent with a Certified Long Term Care Advisor designation and a FAA Private Pilot.
