THE DESIGN CONCEPT OF THE GAS STATION AND DRIVE-THRU RESTAURANT IS INSPIRED BY THE TROPICAL CLIMATE IN THE REGION. SINCE THE PROPOSED SITE IS LOCATED IN ONE OF THE SUBURBAN AREAS IN METRO MANILA

THE DESIGNER TENDS TO PROPOSE A MODERN TROPICAL STYLE ESTABLISHMENT WHERE IT IS UNCOMMON IN ITS VICINITY, MAKING IT STAND OUT AMONG THE OTHER BUILDINGS IN THE AREA.

THE DESIGN CONCEPT OF THE CITY HALL BUILDING IS INSPIRED BY A KOI FISH THAT RESPONDS TO PERSEVERANCE WHICH OPENS OPPORTUNITIES TO THE CITY THE PROJECT IS ALSO EXPECTED TO ATTRACT TOURISM AND APPRECIATE THE NATURAL ENVIRONMENT
