BUILDING MODULE
Development of buildings in the form of truncated triangular block based on the principles of “Five points of new architecture of Le Corbusier in 1926, with the use of reinforced concrete. The piles: for housing does not sink into the ground, but is suspended over it, so that the gardens go under. The Terrace-garden: that keeps insulation condition on new concrete slabs, and makes space on the home in a productive area for recreation. The open floor plan: leveraging the strengths of the concrete, this eliminates the need for bearing walls. Thus, a functional and useful surface is improved utilization, freeing the plant structural conditions.
