Carl began his career with the Department of Defense, developing and implementing financial management systems throughout the world. The entrepreneur in him then led to developing strategic and financial management initiatives for several engineering and architectural firms. As Array’s CEO, Carl is able to infuse his diverse business background into a healthcare-only design practice that has been recognized as an Architecture and Engineering industry performance and growth leader. Carl understands the importance that prudent business decisions and processes have on healthcare projects.
