Carlos Mendez

I was born in the highlands of Bolivia over 3,600 m. over the sea level. After studying Business-Economics in Bolivia and Chile, I worked as a consultant for Pro-Mujer International, The World Bank, and JICA. Currently, I am a doctoral student in International Development at Nagoya University.
