Message
My warmest congratulations to the completers and graduates of School Year 2021-2022!
To finish an academic year during this time of uncertainty is tough but to outshine any challenge brings a step closer to one’s aspirations and dreams. Flourishing and thriving through unforeseen tests without breaking makes one a true champion. These have been proven in the midst of the pandemic. All remain victorious.
My dear learners, always listen to your inner gods and goddesses. Follow your path. Be the shakers who change the future Accept failures but come back strong Do not stop surging for your success and what you can achieve tomorrow. You will beautifully change the landscape of your future because you are from Region VI, where every child is a champion.
This year’s theme Gradweyt ng K to 12: Masigasig sa mga Pangarap at Matatag sa mga Pagsubok (K to 12 Graduates: Pursuing Dreams and Fostering Resilience in the Face of Adversity) emphasizes that there is no greater joy in surpassing a year of challenged learning experiences. The knowledge you have acquired through unconventional modes is a proof that success defeats glitches.
We thank the teachers, parents and all members of the family, friends, education leaders, local executives, and the whole community for the relentless effort and persistence in molding the bright future of these learners. Together we unite, together we dream, and together we produce champions Once again, congratulations!
RAMIR B. UYTICO EdD, CESO III n Regional Director
Message
The challenges of School Year 2022-2023 were truly gargantuan. In the middle of the pandemic, we dared to return to in-person classes. We battled head-on against the learning losses brought about by the current crisis while juggling the obstacles of what seems to be timeless and overlapping issues and concerns in the education sector.
Difficult as it may have been, the success the 2023 graduates/completers have manifested is a tangible display that we did not only survive but we survived triumphantly!
I would like to express my admiration to all learners, parents, school personnel, and stakeholders for the resilience they have shown over the trials we collectively faced as one Department of Education. This graduation/completion ceremony is proof that we have lived this year’s theme: “K to 12 Graduates: Molded through a Resilient Educational Foundation.”
We will continue to brave the odds just to better education delivery in the Schools Division of Iloilo because we are inspired by the magnanimous dreams of our Ilonggo learners, the benevolent support of our parents and other stakeholders, and the unparalleled service of our teachers and other school personnel.
To all the parents and stakeholders, may you continue to take care of these young children through your generous provisions as they strive to realize their full potentials. Let’s continue to nurture them with our unconditional love.
To the strong faculty and staff force of the different schools in the Division of Iloilo, know that I always appreciate your effort in ensuring that we deliver as a collective institution. Your dedication and hard work are incomparable!
To all the graduates/completers of 2023, my warmest congratulations! May you all pursue your dreams not only for your personal interest but also for you to contribute to making this nation a better place.
Now is the time for us all to rise and seize success.
Pangibabaw, Iloilo!

To the Graduating Class of 2023, my warmest Congratulations!
Your considerable defiance to win over life's uncertainties has already led you to hit another milestone and become victorious despite all the trials brought by the challenging times of pandemic. Yes, the real test came in you when the educational system dwells on swift changes brought about by the pandemic which caused many school's undertaking to be replaced with virtual, modular and other alternative channels of instructions.
Yet, you have become triumphant shepherd who battled incessant struggles in your hardest trek to lead yourself to be a better version of yourself today. Your enormous will to finish the marathon of success in accomplishing your secondary education has already etched a mark in your desire for victory.
You have faced a multitude of barriers with your unrelenting will to succeed but still despite all the setbacks and obstacles, your drive, perseverance and willpower is stronger than any deterrent. path of becoming the potential gems of our nation, may you aspire to become more courageous and determined in achieving your longing desire and aspirations. May you go out of your shell with pride and confidence in victoriously hitting your wagon to a star. May you always find comfort and solace in Divine verses during your doubts and confusions May you always ponder on this year's theme "Pursuing
Indeed, life is a constant struggle but I firmly believe that Carlos Lopez National High School, has prepared you to become resilient amidst life's provocations and challenges. You have been honed with skills and expertise that are truly essential credentials in your venture to triumph As what quoted in Desiderata by Max Ehrmann,
You are a child of the universe, no less than the trees and stars; you have a right to be here With all its sham, drudging and broken dreams; it is still a beautiful world". My dear graduates, go and fly along with your dreams with confidence and without hesitations Continue to learn with all that must and continue to set your own pace under the sun!
