EDITORIAL Industrial Engineer, like any other professional should think about Venezuela, you should be triggered by Venezuela, to favor the collective, who have always dreamed of a productive and community organizations to enable them to secure a sustainable human development, sustainable productive development and in order to address the different needs that arise, to thereby enable and permanently the dream of those who have suffered, those who still cry for a better country. Currently, for this 2016 the industrial engineer faces great challenges as food, pharmaceutical, automotive and chemical sectors is a significant amount of plants with production lines operating intermittently due to the lack of both domestic and imported raw material. The shortage of foreign currency exchange control product limits imports of inputs so analysts point to this as the worst year for the industry in Venezuela.
The Industrial Engineer is professionally trained scientific and cultural knowledge , reflected in its research capacity , creative , analytical , synthesis, critical attitude , journalist, leadership, human sense , social responsibility , entrepreneurship, application techniques and mathematical models , measurements statistics and computer simulations ; allowing you to manage and administer public institutions , private or mixed engaged in any activity, ensuring continuous business improvement , reengineering productive and high sense of commitment to human society. .
Industrial Engineering in Latin America relates to the profession that specializes in knowledge production (simulation, operations research, engineering methods, data handling, production control and statistical) as well as knowledge management, finance and economics. By the latter it is currently an Industrial Engineer plays varied positions in the labor market from heavy industry to banking and retail . We must prepare future industrial engineers thoroughly as we go forward with a great national responsibility so I'm sure we could get. Eliminating from our mind the phrase "I can not" but with the enthusiasm of Dare to Succeed?
