Our final need will be access to grades. Outreach Concern's ability to provide this service to you and other schools is based on our ability to show progress through student achievement. When a student is referred for services we identify their current academic performance and once we've concluded counseling look at academic progress. Our success is determined on how our services have impacted student performance or eliminated whatever presenting behavior was identified. As you will note, by looking at our Student Accountability Study, the results of this study were all based on reported grades. Our Regional Field Supervisor will discuss this with you in greater detail and I believe you will find it to be a simple process. This information further provides us accountability toward acquiring additional support as a non-profit agency from the grants we write that in return subsidizes our service in your school.
