September 8, 1984 November 20, 2003 Bowan came to us as a gift from above, he brought us happiness, friendship, & love. For 19 years, we had him to hold and share, he was our son, brother, uncle, & friend. He taught us to love, to laugh, to just be there. He touched our hearts, as no one else could, He listened to us and somehow understood. He had that special smile - a twinkle in his eye. He left with no warning – no time to say - Goodbye. But you are with us still, a whisper in the wind, words in a song, the northern lights and stars in the sky. We love & miss you, forever in our hearts and souls. Mom & Dad, Kaylan & Kelsey, Kayden, Kendyn, Kinley, Kelsey & Bjorn

June 17, 1926 - November 10, 2017 It is with great sadness that we share the passing of our beloved Mother, Eva, 91 years young at Diamond House, Warman SK, formerly of Manor/Saskatoon, SK. Survived by her children: Ardelle (John) Entwistle, Caron (Randy) Seivewright, Sandra Geysen (Bob Hume), Brenda (Larry) Kazakoff, Brent (Gerri) Geysen, Kim (Dave) Kuyath, brother-in-law, Joe Marshall, and numerous nieces and nephews. She was also cherished by her 17 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. Predeceased by her loving husband (Louis) of 57 years, parents (Maren and Mads Jensen), mother and father-in-law (Catharina & Louis), four sisters, one brother, and numerous in-laws. Eva was born in Denmark in 1926 and immigrated to Canada in 1927. She grew up on her family farm near Walpole, SK, then taught grades 1-8 in a one-room school. She married Louis in 1947, spending the next 30 years farming south of Manor, retiring to Manor in 1977, and moving to Saskatoon in 2001. From a young age Mom was very artistic and musically talented. She excelled in everything she attempted, loved to travel, and had a great zest for life. Mom was known for her open-arms hospitality, her ready smile, her loving nature, and quick wit. She saw good in everyone and her positive outlook on life made her glass always “half full”, never “half empty”. She was the very deinition of love and kindness. She made many special friendships throughout the years because of her compassion, concern, and love for others. We have been so blessed and are grateful for all that she brought to our lives. She will be sadly missed and forever in our hearts. A very special Thank You to the Home Care/Palliative nurses, all the caring staff at Diamond House and her many friends at Chalet Gardens. In keeping with mom’s wishes, there will not be a funeral; rather, a private family interment at a later date. In lieu of lowers, donations can be made to CNIB, SK. Expressions of condolence may be sent to the family by visiting www.mourningglory.ca or on the Saskatoon Star Phoenix web site. Arrangements in care of MOURNING GLORY FUNERAL SERVICES (306) 978-5200.
