Proposal: I am aiming to produce a commemorative hardback book to mark Joshua Ellis’s 250 th anniversary. THE AIM: To create a gift for clients that celebrates the past, present, and future of the brand. There is also the option for electronic or paper copies to be distributed. [CREATIVE] Picture this, it’s Yorkshire so there has to be rain, only a drizzle that skims the air breaking its fall on the moss. Pillows of smoke collapse into the crisp air, blending into the subdued skyline. The fields play host to the factory, with sleepy-eyed workers ready to start the day. The year is 1767. George III is on the throne and Britain is in the midst of the Industrial Revolution. The machinery hums aggressively in the background, as polite chatter intercepts where possible. The whirring, the shouting, and the buzzing, the factory is alive with noise. It is almost shaking from the volume. BOOK PLAN:
