PADDLEBOARD YOGA

Explore stretching and strengthening on a Stand Up Paddleboard designed specifically for yoga. Learn how to engage your muscles and to be mindfully present in every life moment while you let go of tension. This is a one of a kind experience. Join us each week to practice your tai chi and qigong skills and abilities. Regular and consistent practice will ensure that you obtain the full mind-body benefits of tai chi and qigong and that you are doing movements correctly and safely. Each class includes warm-ups and stretching; a variety of tai chi forms (Sun, Yang and Chen styles) and qigong postures. Participants must have previously completed Evening Tai Chi or Restorative Tai Chi.

TAI CHI-ADVANCED

Practice Tai Chi movements with us every week! Practicing correct and safe movements over time with consistency are the keys to obtaining the full-mind body benefits of Tai Chi. Each class includes relaxed breathing, warm-ups and stretching, a variety of Tai Chi forms (Sun and Yang styles) and various Qi Gong postures. Participants should wear loose-fitting clothing and stable flat-soled shoes. Participants must have previously completed Tai Chi for Health I and II or Tai Chi Intermediate.
