The Problem Yesterday, I was talking with one of my closer colleague who is also a top manager. The topic was very interesting and I decided to sum up and deep a little bit on the ideas. To answer to the question <<What is the best company to work for?>> We need to understand that this is a problem with not an unique answer, or better to say the answer is :The best company to work for, it is the one that gives you satisfaction and let you pursue your personal development. Initially this can seem a very egoistic answer, however we agreed that the best performances are provided by satisfied people. Everyone, who is not motivated, neither satisfied with his/her job will sooner or later quit. Common motivational factors I do not want to write thousands of words about this topic, but the main answers are • Money

• Glory However, if you have worked for many years then you will see that the real factor of motivation, once you reached a salary level that keeps you living and not surviving is that the strongest to motivational element is to reach and keep personal satisfaction and development The dream company traits Well, in a very competitive and fast reacting market you must be ready to make sacrifice for your company,, however you should work in a place with • Strong Identity: if the company identity is not in common with your personal approach, sooner or later you will leave • Strong Values: if you do not understand the value of your job, it will become a routine and your productivity will decrease • Growth plan: ideally the company you are working for must help and support you in your personal development, if there is a divergence, sooner or later you will change job I wish to all of you to find the company where you can realize your dreams
