For 100 years... We’ve had an office in downtown Carmel, celebrating the beauty of our home with our neighbors and visitors alike. In 1913, Carmel Realty Company opened its doors in the old Storie Building on Dolores. We were here when Carmel-by-the-Sea was incorporated in 1915 and Pebble Beach in 1916, World War I, the Great Depression, World War II, the first Concour d’Elegance and Bing Crosby National Pro Amateur.
Today, our agents sell some of the most luxurious and memorable homes in Pebble Beach. We represent architectural icons and historic cottages in Carmel-by-the-Sea. We have 31 REALTORS, international affiliations, a SmartPhone App…and we’re still celebrating the Peninsula as we always have.

The Carmel Pine Cone featured original poetry and the Carmel Library had nearly 3,000 volumes in 1915. As a community, Carmel is a refuge and an inspiration for artists and visitors. The quintessential Artists’ Community.
As a community, we host large events, traveling artists and visitors seeking a getaway. Entertaining and hosting guests is part of who we are and what we do. Ocean Avenue in Carmel is central – its storefronts opening and inviting.
Our Community is shaped by a rich history – preserved and celebrated today through historic sites as the Lone Cypress in Pebble Beach, the Carmel Mission and the Tor House.

An iconic image with a modern feel. The Butterfly House on Scenic was actually built in 1947, shocking this small artist community. It stands today as one of the most recognizable homes in the area.
The Comstock Cottage, the Fairy Tale Cottages – whatever the name, Hugh Comstock’s romantic style featuring a pitched gable roof and stone fireplace inspired much of the architecture in downtown Carmel.
Homes in Pebble Beach embody custom-design. One of only 3 private residences designed by famed architect, Cesar Pelli, this home on Macomber was carefully designed to capture the natural beauty of its surroundings.

Prior to the opening of the Bixby Bridge in 1932, residents in Big Sur were virtually cut off during winter due to the often impassable one-lane Old Coast Road. The bridge, built into the natural landscape, is one of the most photographed spots on the Central Coast.
The natural landscape and mild climate of the Monterey Peninsula attracts visitors from all over. At Carmel Beach, the white sand and quiet provide a space for locals and visitors alike to enjoy the Pacific Ocean and sunshine.
A few miles off the coast, Carmel Valley offers a bit more sunshine and warmer temperatures. Its rolling hills and Mediterranean-like climate make it perfect for vineyards, hiking and horseback riding.
