Villafranca di Verona -Verona - ITALY 28 – 30 august 2014 REGULATIONS I. SECTIONS
„ IL NOSTRO MAGICO MONDO PER VOI ” is an interpretation and creation contest and its target is to promote the gifted children and youth from all over Europe. Artistic and cultural exchanges are manifested in three sections: 1. Interpretation Section pop music For this section part, interpreters can have different genres: pop, jazz, ethnic, musical, etc.. Section Interpretation pop music will be held in four groups: -group 6-8 years; -group 9-11 years; -group 12-14 years; -group 15-17 years Calculate the age of the child fulfilled until the contest.
2. Section poetry or prose Will be held by age group, according to the number of children enrolled. 3. Section photography Will be held by age group, according to the number of children enrolled. II. CRITERIA FOR SECTIONS AND FOR THE JURY
For each category will be awarded the trophy group, trophy section, prizes and awards. Festival Trophy will be awarded to one contestant regardless of section or age group that the evolution has managed to stand out in a special way. Special prizes will be awarded to competitors depending on the media options, radio and television stations or organizations, supported by sponsors. Criteria for jury: -the song, poetry, prose, photography has to be specific and in accordance with the age of the competitor and music (song and lyrics), must express the concerns, care and aspiration of the children or youth; -intonation, timbre clearness or distinctness, vocal amplitude; - vocal performance of the song in accordance with the age of the child especially regarding the expressiveness of the song and of the lyrics; - the outfit should be appropriate to the age and song choice. Topic texts and photos will be chosen carefully, without a theme imposet by regulation. III. CONDITIONS FOR ENROLLMENT
The deadline for registration materials (necessarily mp3 instrumental, MEP completed, pictures in jpg format., birth certificates for section 1 and written materials / photos to sections 2 and 3, scan proof pay participation fee for all sections) is the day of July 30, 2014, by e-mail: magicomondopervoi@gmail.com. The instrumentals may contain backing vocals but done on a different melody played by the competitor (especially the chorus). Vocal groups are not allowed. If the competitor is part of a vocal group that performs out of the contest, it will play in group after the end of the contest. The jury of the contest can not be disputed.
Registration fee is 35 euro for Romanian participants and 55 euro for foreign participants at the interpretation section. Registrations fee for poetry, prose, photography sections = 10euro. For sections 2 and 3, the presence of the competitors at the Awards ceremony is not mandatory. Award diplomas will be sent online. Performances and awards will take place in la Teatro Stimate, Piazza Cittadella, Verona, august 28-29-30.
