RE: Letter of Agreement

The agreement is made this 8th day of April, 2008, by and between Latino International Theater Festival of New York, Inc. (hereinafter "LITF/NY") and Manuela Infante (hereinafter "Translator"). It is mutually agreed between the undersigned parties as follows:

1. Description of Service: Translator, as an independent contractor, will provide an English-language translation (hereinafter “Translation”) of the Spanish-language play Narciso (hereinafter “Play”) originally written by Translator. 2. Method of Translation: Translator understands that the purpose of Translation is to project the supertitles during presentation of Play. Accordingly, Translator will provide Translation of Play in a Word document form, indicating where “page breaks” will go for PowerPoint adaptation of Translation. 3. Date of Delivery: Translator will email Translation to Presenter no later than April 30, 2008. Presenter will review Translation, make any suggestions for English-language clarity, and will work with Translator to finalize Translation by May 8, 2008. 4. Use of Translation: Translator shall retain ownership of Translation, and licenses LITF/NY to utilize all of and any part of Translation for necessary and appropriate publication for TeatroStageFest 2008 and its other activities. 5. Billing & Credit: Due to space limitations on printed materials and other promotional materials associated with LITF/NY and TeatroStageFest, Presenter will credit Translator for Translation where possible. 6. Translator Fee: LITF/NY agrees to pay $250 as Translator’s Fee for the above Service and use of Translation which will include but is not limited to projection during performances of Play at TeatroStageFest 2008 and
