Registrants are required to either pay in full or enroll in a payment plan and complete an Automatic Payment Request form at the time of registration If enrolling in a payment plan, payments for trips are withdrawn from the account listed on the Automatic Payment Request form on the payment due date for each trip If a due date has passed, you may still enroll in the trip if space is available, payment is then due at registration Enroll in the waitlist for a trip any time at no fee

Trip Cancellations
