CONCEITO CONCEPT

O Cowork Santa Catarina é um espaço de trabalho partilhado por profissionais independentes, freelancers e startups de todas as áreas profissionais. Oferecemos soluções que vão desde o posto de trabalho/ mesa individual aos micro-estúdios. Existem vários planos adequados à real utilização que cada coworker faz do espaço. O nosso objetivo passa não só por criar lugares de trabalho, mas sim um ambiente que redefina as experiências de trabalho, disponibilizando assim espaços no qual empresas e pessoas possam interagir e criar conexões. Existem escritórios virtuais, salas de reunião, formação, estúdios e todos os serviços necessários para o apoio de cowork e empresas, como copa, zonas lounge, lavandaria e outros. Cowork Santa Catarina is a workspace shared by independent professionals, freelancers and startups from all professional fields. We offer solutions ranging from the individual workstation/desk to micro studios. There are several plans that fit the real use each coworker makes of space. Our goal is not only to create workplaces, but an environment that redefines work experiences, thus providing spaces in which companies and people can interact and create connections. There are virtual offices, meeting and training rooms, studios and all related services for cowork and business support such as pantry, lounge areas, laundry and the like.

LOCALIZAÇÃO LOCATION

A sua grande proximidade em relação a Lisboa e a boa acessibilidade têm propiciado a fixação de uma série de empresas, bens e serviços cada vez mais qualificados, o que contraria a fisionomia de dormitório que a freguesia acaba por não ter. Multicultural, a população de Linda-a-Velha é constituída, em grande parte, por pessoas originárias da província que se fixaram em Lisboa nos anos 60 a 80, mas também por naturais de diversos países. É uma população maioritariamente jovem e activa (70% dos 16 aos 65 anos, 20% menores de 16 anos) e apresenta uma elevada taxa de qualificação com uma grande percentagem com habilitações superiores.

Its close proximity to Lisbon and good accessibility have led to the establishment of a series of increasingly qualified companies, goods and services, which contradicts the dormitory physiognomy of the parish. Multicultural, the population of Linda-a-Velha is largely made up of people from the province who settled in Lisbon in the 60s to 80s, but also from diferent countries. AMBIENTE EXTERIOR OUTDOOR ENVIRONMENT

Para o exterior deste edifício criaram-se quatro alternativas de fachada. Pensou-se numa linha que transmitisse simplicidade, segurança e que tivesse um aspeto jovem e contemporâneo. Os materiais usados no exterior deste edifício foram selecionados com o objetivo de criar uma coerência com os edifícios à sua volta e o meio onde este se insere. Para dois modelos usámos como materiais ripas de madeira de tons diferentes, nos restantes foram usadas grades e vidro espelhado, sendo que estes quatro modelos contêm elementos em comum, como o logótipo do coworking e algumas paredes do exterior que se encontram revestidas de verde. Optámos por não ter uma fachada feita só de vidro, pois seria possível ter visão do exterior para o interior, o que tiraria a privacidade aos trabalhadores. Por isso, escolhemos materiais opacos, mas que ao mesmo tempo permitissem a entrada de luz natural para o interior do edifício.

For the exterior of this building we created four alternatives of facade. We chose that conveyed simplicity, security and that had a young and contemporary look. The materials used on the exterior of this building were selected in order to create a coherence with the buildings around them and the environment where it is inserted. For two models we use wood slats of different shades, for the remaining we used grids and mirrored glass. These four models contain common elements, such as the coworking logo and some parts of the exterior walls that are green coated. We opt not to have a glass-only facade, as it would be possible to have a view from the outside to the inside, which would deprive workers of their privacy, so we chose opaque materials that at the same time allowed natural light into the interior of the building.
