About me My name is Carolina Salassa, I was born on 31/01/1989 and I live in Turin. I’ve just finished my master degree in Architecture for Sustainable Design at the Politecnico di Torino, with a thesis about selfconstruction architecture and its social value, with an evaluation of 102/110 and publication on university website. I discussed my bachelor degree in February 2012 with an evaluation 101/110, discussing a thesis on the meta-conversion of an abandoned quarry in Finale Ligure, near Savona. I’ve always been interested in arts and graphical representation and I embarked on this course of studies because I believe that architecture can really help people in order to reach a better quality of everyone’s life. During my school career I was able to focus my skills by implementing capacity and acquiring new ones, including an educational experience with Studio Comoglio Architects as an internal coworker. For six months, from January 2013 to July 2013 I had the opportunity to collaborate with an important danish architecture office in Copenhagen Force4 Arkitekter: there i’ve improved my personal, technical and social skills. I’ve also participated in creation of logos, graphics and flyers for consulting concerning art creation.
