VISTA HERMOSA The importance of a home resides in its order and the atmospheres that it generates. That is why the concept of this house is organized in a pinwheel scheme, creating a simple structure in which 4 walls jut out from its skeleton, dividing the house into 4 parts. Each part contains a server and served space. Circulations are generated around a tree which becomes the center of the home and emphasize the importance of its scheme.

RETIRO JUVENIL Located 1 hour away from Monterrey is the municipality of Montemorelos, a place that is characterized by its rural style and the cultivation of oranges. In this project the main user is children between the ages of 1 and 20, where this retreat becomes a refuge and support, because these children come from difficult families and dysfunctional homes. The main objective is to be able to generate a sustainable project that generates income for the center and at the same time, recovers the sense of dignity that the place needs. The importance of spending time with this user was to be able to detect which activities and which program was the most suitable for this project.

CARMEN Plaza del Carmen is a public space located in the center of Madrid. Unlike to other places, it lacks of public life, being a place of passage without a pause. One of the important places around the Plaza is the Acteón cinema. As part of the program of the project was asked to consider a box office, and at the same time taking into account an intervention into the public space. For this purpose a circular scheme is proposed where the interior contains the program of tickets and its exterior to generate a space where people can sit and climb the incline side, discovering other perspectives of the Plaza.

LA CHONA, SITE ANALYSIS La Chona is a town in the south of Nuevo Leรณn, which is characterized by its mountains and the rural life that resides on this site. For this project a selection of property was made depending on its feasibility and availability. We analyzed the people's lifestyle, their mobility, their traditions, educational needs, as well as the lack of workshops that were well oriented to such causes. Likewise, the relationship with neighboring common lands, what families make in their free time, and how they have built up that locality.

LA CHONA For the punctual project of La Chona, we analyzed the appropriate workshops for the integral education center, the economics of the project and its sustainability. The strategy for the layout of the center is formulated by the addition and transformation of hexagonal modules, whose size and arrangement depends on the function they host, the relationships with the adjacent modules and the context. The use of local materials such as rammed earth, wood and adobe, are considered as construction techniques that the community can exercise.

GALEANA Galeana another site located to the south of Nuevo Leon, approximately 3 hours away, in a place that is characterized by its incredible orography, its lakes and also by its rural style. Almost the same as La Chona is a project that seeks to generate a center that can serve as a battery to other municipalities, providing a program of workshops that include cooking, electromechanical and carpentry activities, as well as a communal dining room and a space for residences. All this program is articulated through patios with different functions according to the purpose of the buildings that surround it.

VILLAGE TECH The School should be a place for self discovery. What could be a simple corridor grows to become a gallery that twist and turns in the hope of encouraging all public program while the private program, like classrooms and lab, is hidden in the surrounding garden with private courtyards that are revealed as you venture down the gallery. Every building is an individual piece that responds to the specific function the program requires and the necessities each student has in every stage of his Academic Function.

PENNY RIEL The site has the advantages of being located in the center of the city, which is the only place within the Metropolitan Area of Monterrey with adequate public transport infrastructure. In addition to its proximity to public spaces of great importance such as the Fundidora Park, the Macroplaza and the Alameda. Being located less than 500m to the extension of Line 3 of the metro the site becomes a Zone of Development Oriented to Transport (according to the Urban Development Plan of Nuevo Leรณn) which allows us to reduce the number of drawers needed to Half and doubles the allowable Land Use Coefficient.
