This book was published by my Grand Aunt, Mary Honeyman Ten Eyck Turner, Mrs. Avery Turner. Aunt Mary as we always called her, self-published the book in her home town of Amarillo, Texas via Southwestern Printing Company in 1933. I have donated this side of our family's documents to the Panhandle-Plains Historical Museum. I own this copy of Mary's book, and in preparation for a presentation I will give in 2025 to the Amarillo chapter of the National Society, Daughters of the American Revolution, I wanted to make it available online. Mary was the chapter's first Regent and she was a "first" in many other ways. Stay tuned! I am one of the only family members who followed in Mary's footsteps by joining NSDAR, and to date, I have five documented American Revolutionary War Ancestors, and I am a member of the Austin Colony Chapter.
