TACO M A TOW N C E N T E R TA C O M A , WA

e Tacoma Town Center is a multi-phase mixed-use urban infill development as part of the city of Tacoma master plan to improve areas south of downtown. Phase one of the project consists of 240K sf of retail space, 160 market rate housing units and office space surrounding a retail plaza formed by the vacation of a city street. e plaza includes an important connection of the city of Tacoma’s master bike path plan to the University of Washington Tacoma campus. Phase two includes plans for 260 housing units and street-level retail space in two separate structures over a common below-grade parking garage.

e Assembly 118 apartments complements e Station at Othello Park project and completes the eastern ‘gateway’ to Sound Transit’s Othello Station. is seven-story, 483,101-square-foot mixed-use development includes 351 residential units (six townhouses, 28 two-bedroom units, 153 one-bedrooms, 158 studios), approximately 8,502 square feet of commercial space, 7,427 square feet of live/work space and 267 parking spaces.

e Seale Orthopedic Center is an adaptive reuse project with 15,000 square feet of single-level space dedicated to ambulatory surgery, clinical space, physical therapy, MRI services and staff amenities. e space below, which once served as an auto auction house, now provides 15,000 square feet of below-grade parking space. Project completed in collaboration with CollinsWoerman.

WINE SHED SAN LUIS OBISPO, CA

î ‰is 1,300-square-foot tenant improvement build-out in San Luis Obispo, CA is designed with operable, street-facing aluminum garage doors, warm wood interiors and features an innovative tap system designed specifically for wine pouring.

POCO WINE BAR S E AT T L E , WA

is 1,145-square-foot tenant improvement project is a 2-story open wine bar and restaurant located in Seale’s vibrant Capitol Hill neighborhood. Caron worked closely with the client and the City to overcome complicated permiing and ADA compliance issues due to the existing build-out. Project completed in collaboration with Ayako Sakurai.

FIRST WESTERN PROPERTIES KIRKL AND, WA

First Western Properties’ new office building, located in Kirkland, WA, is a 5,100-squarefoot wood and steel construction office building with its first floor measuring 4,240 square feet and second floor measuring 868 square feet. e building’s rooop deck is designed for entertaining with expansive views of Lake Washington and the surrounding area.

ODYSSEY SEAFOOD HQ S E AT T L E , WA

Located in close proximity to Seale’s SODO light rail station, this four-story, 15,000-square-foot building consists of ground-level retail, two stories of flexible office workspace and a penthouse-level kitchen/cafeteria where new products can be tested and demonstrated.

LAKEVIEW VILLAGE L AKE OSWEGO, OR

Lakeview Village is an award-winning mixed-use development in the heart of downtown Lake Oswego. Its success has sparked redevelopment of the downtown district. The 2.5 acre project is comprised of six retail and office buildings, a 4-story parking garage; 34,100 square feet of retail space, 38,200 square feet of office space, 12,020 square feet of restaurant space, and 140,000 square feet of garage space. Project completed at Sienna Architecture.

DM PLAZA DE S MOINE S, WA

Located in the City of Des Moines within a few minutes driving time to Sea-Tac International Airport, this four-building mixed-use development project will provide a four-star business hotel with 150 rooms, 585 residential units, retail shopping areas, and multiple parking lots.
