Amenities include: meeting rooms, a TV lounge, hotel services and indoor/outdoor amenity areas for hotel and residential use.

THE CHARTER HOTEL S E AT T L E , WA
Part of Hilton’s Curio Collection, e Charter Hotel will be a 16-story, 175,000-square-foot hotel with 229 guest rooms, a 3,700-square-foot event space, a 2,500-square-foot fitness center, a restaurant space and exclusive rooop lounge. As associated architect, Caron Architecture is responsible for design guidelines and for the seeing the project through the City of Seale’s permiing and entitlement process. Located just 15 minutes from Sea-Tac International Airport, Seale Modern Living at Redondo will be a six-story, 340,000-square-foot mixed-use development providing 148 hotel/condo units, 585 apartments and 24,000 square feet of commercial/office space. Upper levels will offer potential Puget Sound and Olympic Mountain views.

A conceptual master plan was created to support the fast growing number of oďŹƒce workers centralized in Fort Bonifacio, Philippines. Project Force consists of a 107,639-square-foot master plan, envisioned to represent a new lifestyle living concept with a 52-story residential tower on top of a four-level retail podium and open public plaza. Project completed in collaboration with John Gish Architects.

HARBORSIDE CONDOMINIUM TOWERS BREMERTON, WA
is mixed-use condominium project, with public spaces on two prominent waterfront sites in downtown Bremerton, consists of 215 condominium units and hotel arranged in four tower blocks. e contiguous sites slope down to the waterfront, allowing for a stepped, multilevel project featuring an open public plaza with views to the water. A pedestrian promenade contours the water’s edge and generous landscaped courtyards are for use by the residents. Project completed by Caron staff members Joel Wilbur and Charlie Wallace while at Sienna Architecture.

Amenity spaces will include a rooop garden with swimming pool and 8 levels of underground parking with 915 stalls. Located in Bellevue, WA, this mixed-use high-rise development will include a hotel apartment tower consisting of 253 residential units on 28 floors and a 253–room hotel on 10 floors; a 33–story office tower and a three–level podium offering retail, restaurant, office and hotel spaces. Amenities include meeting rooms, a green roof on podium level and 6 levels of underground parking with 1,822 stalls.
