It’s (almost) showtime, folks!
The theater we will rehearse and perform in is called The PIT Theater.
The outside of the theater looks like this‌
123 East 24th Street between Park and Lexington Avenues
When you walk in, you will go through a bar area. If you arrive early, this is the best place to hang.
There is another hallway before you get to the theater.

This is what the audience looks like while you stand onstage.

Actors can enter through the stage right red door or from behind the wall.
The piano will be onstage and an accompanist Yeujia will be onstage with us.
The light in the audience will be dark, but there will be bright lights onstage so the audience can see us!

It’s important for actors to face the audience while the projections run!
You will not be onstage the whole time, because our cast is large. This show features three of our CO/LAB ensembles.

Each class will have a designated class area to stay in and place their belongings pre show and in between shows.
Actors will walk through the space and rehearse the full show on Saturday June 10.
If you need any help or support during the rehearsal or show, find your actor captain!
Each actor has an actor captain, or designated SA, to support them during the rehearsal and performance. They will meet you in the bar on Saturday and Sunday.

SCHEDULE • Joint Dress Rehearsal: Saturday June 10 from 10:30AM-1PM at The PIT (123 E 24th Street), MANDATORY! • Performances: Sunday June 11 from 11AM-4:30PM (performances at 12 and 2:30pm) at The PIT (123 E 24th Street), MANDATORY! • Reflection Class: Week of June 12 at your respective class time (6/12, 6/14, 6/17) at ART/NY (520 8th Ave, 3rd floor)
TICKETS • Tickets are $15 each and can be purchased on our website. • Each actor is given one free comp ticket. Tickets must be claimed by emailing RSVP@colabtheatergroup.com by June 7.
DON’T FORGET! • To label your belongings that you bring with you • To wear comfortable clothing. Bring your red CO/LAB shirt the day of the show! (New actors will receive a shirt on Sunday) • To bring a water bottle and snack for the show day.
