Customers simply present their rewards card at service checkout to earn a percentage of the amount they spend as a reward that they can use as a discount on their next service. All you do is swipe the rewards card through the provided USB card reader and enter the amount the customer spent – it’s that easy. After each transaction LoyaltyLock's secure online tracking system automatically calculates the reward and instantly sends each club member an email receipt - they instantly know how much they’ve earned. Each month we also send all of your club members an email rewards statement to remind them about the balance they have on their card. This makes it easy to capture hundreds of email addresses and engage customers with information they want to know about.
