Account Set-up
Visit www.seventilmidnight.com and click on “Register” to set up an account. California customers must submit resale certificate with a valid seller permit number. All other states and international customers must submit an appropriate business license.

Catalogs, pricelist, product information, high resolution images and video clips are available for download at www.seventilmidnight.com in the “Catalogs” section. Please contact us for password and login.

Selling Our Products
Selling Seven ’til Midnight products on EBay is prohibited. Seven ‘til Midnight does not allow its copyrighted photo images and videos to be used on eBay.
Payments
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, Money Order/Cashier’s Check and Wire Transfers. U.S. company checks and credit terms are available on established and approved accounts only. Please request Credit Application and allow 10-15 days for processing. There is a $25 service charge for all returned checks.
Shipping
All orders are shipped from our warehouse facility FOB El Monte, CA 91731. Orders that are changed or cancelled after they are packed and ready ship are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Backorders
We will automatically backorder any item not shipped complete on you order unless notified of cancellation. Backorders not shipped within 60 days may be subjected to cancellation.
Web Images and Videos Authorization
All images and videos are copyrighted protected. Approved Seven ‘til Midnight retailers are authorized to use our images and videos for the purpose of selling our merchandise only. All other usage requires written approval from Seven ’til Midnight headquarters. We prohibit the use of our images to promote other business or websites.
Claims, Returns, Authorization, Inquiries, and Shipping Errors
Sales are not guaranteed. Any defects, discrepancy in quantities shipped or incorrect merchandise must be reported within 5 days upon receipt of goods. We only accept returns due to manufacturer’s defects or errors. NO EXCEPTIONS! Returns will NOT be accepted for in-store damages OR for worn garments. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number obtained from California office and must be reported within 10 days of receipt of goods. Clearly write the RMA# on the outside of the box or merchandise will be refused by our Receiving Department. As appropriate, returns will be repaired or replaced. We will exchange returned merchandise or issue a Credit Memo for the dollar amount. WE DO NOT GIVE CASH REFUNDS. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS AND EXCHANGES FROM CONSUMERS.
