During a detailed style meeting, your Touch of Elegance Event Stylist collaborates with your personal style and vision to create an Inspirational Mood Board and Styling Narrative specifically for your unique event. INCLUDES: • Comprehensive style meeting with Touch of Elegance Event Stylist • We collaborate with your vision, personal style, venue style • A personalized Inspirational Mood Board A personally curated Styling Narrative (A detailed narrative capturing overall design vision for the day)

A La Carte EVENT STYLING “TAILOR” STARTING AT $2,000 Together, we cast a vision and laid a blueprint. Now your Touch of Elegance Event Stylist brings the vision to life. We cohesively source your selections including furniture, dinnerware, and florals - all within your focused style concept. Using creative elements such as lighting and textured fabrics allow even the simplest of designs to leave a lasting impression. With this service, Touch of Elegance translates your Inspirational Mood Board into specific designer inventory recommendations. Based on the concepts you love, Touch of Elegance sources, installs, and styles all of your thoughtfully curated details. INCLUDES: • All option included as listed in DREAM • Sourcing the following items specifically to your wedding style: Furniture, Dinnerware, Linens & Lighting; Florals for the Ceremony & Reception Site, Cocktail Hour and one activity (i.e. Scotch/Whiskey bar, Cigar rolling station, etc) • On-site conceptualization of your design at venue walkthrough. Q. WHY HIRE A WEDDING PLANNER?

A. Typically, Catering Managers at hotels or venues have the job of overseeing the wedding details that are directly related to the venue (and sometimes the food and beverage as well). It is not in their job description to confirm your or oversee the vendors, run your rehearsal, cue you down the aisle at your ceremony, and make sure all of the day’s events are running according to schedule. As professional Wedding Planner, our services supplement the services offered by your Catering Manager, Banquet Manager & Staff, and other vendors.

A. Statistics show that the average wedding takes approximately 250 hours to plan (that is equivalent to over 6 full work weeks!)… A Coordinator can save you the time spent researching and planning. A Coordinator can also help you prioritize your vendors, get your budget in order, provide qualified vendor referrals, accompany you to vendor meetings and know what questions to ask, review vendor contracts, negotiate on your behalf, and save you money. Not to mention a Coordinator provides creative décor and design ideas! And that final month prior to your wedding, a Coordinator will confirm your vendors, make a timeline, run your rehearsal, and be there to make sure that you, your family, and friends enjoy a totally stress-free day! Q. WHAT MAKES YOU SO SPECIAL AND DIFFERENT FROM OTHER PLANNERS/DESIGNERS? A. As certified wedding planners, we have a commitment to being: educated, aware of current trends, precise, timely, organized, creative, quick problem solvers, and Super Fun! We are unique because we are diverse in life experiences, ages and culture. I’ve also spent COUNTLESS hours creating a systematic and streamlined process by which we work with each client (I’m a nerd that way). This way, no matter which planner you work with, your experience will follow “The T of E-Way”. Finally, to ensure a quality of service and proper supervision of my team, I personally limit myself to 10-12 full-service weddings per year. This ensures that we are able to properly follow-up with all clients to ensure their planning process is the “T of E Way.” Q. I AM ALREADY WORKING WITH A CATERING MANAGER AT MY VENUE, AND HE/SHE IS VERY HELPFUL. WHY DO I NEED YOUR HELP?

Q. HOW MUCH CONTROL WILL I HAVE ON MY WEDDING DAY IF YOU ARE PLANNING IT FOR ME? A. We are an extension of your wishes and expectations for your day. You will be granted access to a web-based collaboration and communication tool so we can all stay on the same page and allow you to maintain control of your wedding. In the same breath, it’s all about trust. Trust that we have taken the utmost care to ensure that you get not only what you deserve, but also what you paid for…the most fabulous wedding possible. Q. WILL YOU WORK WITH EVENT PROFESSIONALS I’VE ALREADY FOUND OR PEOPLE I REALLY WANT TO WORK WITH?

A. Yes. We love destination weddings and have been lucky enough to travel all over the world coordinating weddings. Send us your information on your travel plans. We will create a custom destination package to suit your needs.

A. Yes. We are happy to collaborate with your wedding and event professionals to make sure your wishes are taken into consideration with every detail. Q. THIS ALL SOUNDS GREAT, BUT IT ALSO SEEMS EXPENSIVE. ARE WE GOING TO BE ABLE TO AFFORD ALL OF THIS? A. Having a wedding planner pays for itself! It’s never an extra cost when it is incorporated in your overall budget. And you have to ask yourself can you put a price on peace of mind? There have been several people who opted to plan their own weddings because of “cost”. However, those who invested in T of E Events have time and time again admitted to us that their day, quite frankly, would have been a “mess” had we not been in the house! We can help you avoid that too. We are PROFESSIONALS that only have your best interest in mind so when you’re looking around for a “deal” remember you get what you pay for. Q. DO YOU TAKE MORE THAN ONE WEDDING PER DAY? A. No. Each consultant only takes one event per day. Q. DO YOU HAVE LIABILITY INSURANCE? A. Yes. Q. WE’RE HAVING A DESTINATION WEDDING, DO YOU TRAVEL?

What To Expect GET THE MOST OUT OF YOUR DAY

APPOINTMENTS We will need a grace period of a 48-hour notice for all consultations. Cancellations and reschedules must be made via telephone at least 24-hours prior to your session.

SCHEDULING To make sure you have the best experience possible and another couple has not taken your wedding date please book early. For Partial and Full Wedding Planning, we suggest booking with us at least one year ahead of time. For the month of coordination, we suggest booking at least 3 months ahead. All event design packages must be booked at least 4 months before your wedding date.

PAYMENT Month of Coordination there is a 50% non-refundable deposit is required in order to secure you wedding date. The remaining 50% of your balance is due 2 weeks prior to your wedding day. All other packages & services (unless other wise stated) have 3 options:

1. Pay in Full (receive 10% discount)

2. 50% deposit and the remaining 50% of your balance is due 2 weeks prior to your wedding day

3. 25% deposit and the remaining 75% will be divided in monthly payments leading up to the wedding date where the last payment must be paid 2 weeks before the wedding day.

RSVP MANAGEMENT STARTING AT $1.50/INVITATION

Regain your peace of mind knowing that your guest list is in the hands of a professional RSVP Management Company. Your guest can RSVP to your beautiful wedding, reception, social event, reunion, seminar or any other functions by telephone using our toll-free number or via email 24 hours a day at your guest convenience.

Hostess or Assistant $35/hour

We will keep track of your guest list saving you valuable time and money avoiding the expense of ordering additional meals for guest that have not submitted a response. In addition, we will contact non-responding guest, collect menu choices and provide your guest with wedding registry and hotel information. $35 non-refundable/non-deductible setup fee is required. Full payments for services are due at the time of booking your service.

Budget Development & Tracking $150 Additional Planning Consultations/Event Overtime $100/hour

A completed guest list must be submitted to Touch of Elegance Events & Designs at the time of booking. Please include your guest full name, and provide a phone number that your guest can be reached. For more information, please call or email Touch of Elegance Events & Designs.
