L’esperienza ed il saper fare, unitamente all’amore e alla passione per il proprio lavoro, si traducono in accuratezza e massima qualità, garantite dalla gestione diretta de l l a filiera produttiva – dalla tessitura con l'unità di Buglio in Monte (tessitura) e Rovellasca (nobilitazione dei tessuti).
All-Italian production. Experience and know-how, together with love and passion for what we do, translate into precision and maximum quality, guaranteed by direct management of the entire production chain, from yarn to packaging. The production is divided between the units in Buglio in Monte (towelling and weaving) and Rovellasca (textile ennobling).
Dal filato in poi. Elemento distintivo del Gruppo Gabel è la capacità di gestire l’intera filiera del prodotto, che va dall’acquisto del filato fino alla nobilitazione finale, passando dall’elaborazione progettuale e arrivando alla relazione diretta con il cliente attraverso i nostri negozi e lo shop online, oltre ad una rete capillare di negozi al dettaglio qualificato. Un sistema che conta su processi produttivi costantemente aggiornati e tecnologicamente avanzati, gestito da una struttura manageriale e commerciale dinamica. Questo processo è frutto dell’operosità di 250 addetti distribuiti in 2 unità produttive: tessitura per spugna, teleria e lana a Buglio in Monte; stamperia, tintoria, finissaggio, logistica e uffici nell’headquarter a Rovellasca.
It all starts with the yarn. A distinctive element of the Gabel Group is its capacity to manage the entire production chain, from purchase of the yarn to final ennobling, via design elaboration through to a direct rapport with the client thanks to our stores and online shop, in addition to a capillary network of qualified retailers. A system that counts on constantly updated, technologically cuttingedge production processes, run by a dynamic managerial and commercial structure. This process is the result of the hard work of our 250 employees in 2 different production plants: towelling and linen weaving in Buglio in Monte (Sondrio), and printing, dyeing, finishing and logistics at our headquarters in Rovellasca (Como).
Un mondo di colori. La fasi di tintura, stampa e nobilitazione tessile avvengono nel polo produttivo di Rovellasca ed è qui che i tessuti vengono valorizzati con i più ricercati disegni o con le colorazioni più di tendenza suggeriti dall’ufficio stile. Stampa digitale, rotativa o tradizionale permettono di spaziare nella resa estetica e cromatica, regalando colori ed effetti in grado di valorizzare al massimo i nostri prodotti.
A world of colour. The dyeing, printing and ennobling stages take place in the production plant in Rovellasca. It is here that the textiles are enhanced with the most refined of patterns or on-trend colours suggested by our style office. Digital, rotary or traditional printing give us free rein in terms of appearance and dyes, for colours and effects that enhance our products to the max.
La qualità del Gruppo Gabel. L’attenzione alla qualità è presente nell’intera produzione toccandone tutti gli aspetti: dalla scelta dei migliori filati al servizio verso il consumatore finale. La stessa accuratezza che viene posta nella verifica dei requisiti dei materiali, dal filato ai coloranti, è riservata ai luoghi di lavoro, garantendo benessere e comfort negli spazi delle attività quotidiane, così come ai processi di lavorazione, anche attraverso l’impegno concreto che l’azienda dimostra da sempre sul fronte della sostenibilità ambientale. Le strutture del gruppo (unità produttive di Buglio in Monte e Rovellasca, oltre a tutti i negozi di proprietà) utilizzano energia verde certificata, proveniente da fonti rinnovabili. Aspetti della “qualità totale”, ritrovabili nel prodotto finito attraverso codici di stile, e che rimandano alle forme di attenzione del contesto in cui nascono, all’atteggiamento sensibile e socialmente responsabile che va anche al di là dell’industria e che in sintesi raffigurano i nostri valori.
Gabel Group quality. Attention to quality is evident throughout the entire production process and embraces all aspects: from selection of the best yarns to consumer assistance. The same precision afforded to checking the requisites of the materials, from yarns to dyes, is also reserved for our workplaces, guaranteeing wellbeing and comfort in daily activities and production processes. This is also possible thanks to the tangible commitment that our company has always shown in terms of environmental sustainability. In the same way, the group’s other structures (production plants in Buglio in Monte and Rovellasca, in addition to all the group’s own stores) use certified green energy from renewable sources. Aspects of “total quality” evident in the finished articles in the form of style codes that recall the attention paid in their area of production, a sensitive and socially responsible approach that goes beyond the aspect of industry and perfectly sums up our values.
