Based on Milestone system, IPBOX supports the widest choice in network video camera and encoder brands and models, allowing a mix to fit different needs. Customers can efficiently transition from analog to IP, continuing to use existing devices while blending IP security technology over time. All the Milestone technology in a NVR IPbox takes advantage of Milestone XProtect functionalities. IPbox integrate free applications for live view and recording playback: via XProtect Mobile or Smart Client. VISUALISATION • Views creation that could include up to 10x10 cameras, allow to show cameras or to use some advanced functions as Hotspot. Views can also contain fixed pictures and HTML pages. • Use of private and shared views available in accordance to the user profile’s rights. Views are directly saved on the server. • PTZ control: manual control of motorised dome, manual or configured pre-positions trigger. A USB mouse or joysticks can be used for control. • I/O control of cameras or specific cases for events’ trigger as camera recording. • Recordings’ manual trigger: based on privileged accesses set by the administrator, an operator can trigger manually recordings for a defined time. • Independent playing functionality, allows to perform a playback on one or more cameras, preserving live views with the others cameras. • Addition of action buttons layered with pictures in order to trigger events or to control domes… RECORDINGS RESEARCH AND EXPORTATION • Recording research: chronological researches using search bars, events researches, searching with sequence explorer module • Digital zoom offering details searching possibility on recorded pictures. • Recording exportation: JPEG, AVI with audio, WAV and database native formats with an autonomous playback application added and recording encryption.
Mobile Client application: IPbox integrate by default the Milestone XProtect Mobile software, allow you to be connected from your smartphone. With your phone on an Android or an Apple iOS5 platform, you will be able to connect yourself in order to visualise cameras, drive domes, zoom in on pictures, do some playback, capture pictures/ videos and shared them by MMS
USER FRIENDLY ADMINISTRATION To help simplify the installation process, The IPBOX Manager software allows you to easily setup all your recording system from a user-friendly interface. Wizards allow a fast system configuration. The user is guided for camera and video settings configuration. MAIN FUNCTIONALITIES • Automatic detection of IP devices: fast IP devices searching using the UPnP protocol (Universal Plug and Play), by broadcast and IP range searching • Unrivalled compatibility with a large range of IP camera models: more than 1000 IP cameras, IP video encoders and numerical recorders from more than 90 constructors. Compatible with ONVIF and PSIA standards. Camera’s brand and model automatic detection • Taken care of compression formats: H.264, MPEG4 and MPEG4-ASP, MJPEG, MxPEG • Involved configuration allowing to modify parameters of several cameras on the same time. • Restoration points automatic creation system. Restoration points are created at each system modification. With a simple selection and validation it’s possible to apply a restoration point. • Dated export of the software’s configuration. All the parameters are saved and can be used in case of system failure. • Online mode for licence activation by the Internet, or offline mode (not directly connected to the Internet) by exporting then validating your file. Milestone XProtect solutions integrate complete logs saving workstations’ activity.
Automatic saving function: IPbox natively integrate a scheduled saving functionality of the system of the Milestone XProtect configuration. In case of material failure or bad manipulation, the configuration can be easily reinjected.
ImmerVision Enables 360° technology support: Technology based on panomorphic lens adding on standard cameras, in order to obtain a 360° picture which can be visualised and saved. Several points of view can be obtained from a single camera
