Timeless Beauty

Monise Rosa designed a project in São Paulo for a young couple, who was looking for the first family apartment.

The clients was a young couple who asked to do a integrative living room to receive friends and family and enjoy the time together in a large and comfort space. One of the clients' requests was a good living area where the living room was integrated with the kitchen. The style of the house is a contemporary design with neutral tones and a touch of color in the details. That style match a lot with the couple style and the result was amazing. Monise Rosa made a kitchen island with a bench that extends until it becomes a table, having enough space to comfortably receive many people - it's perfect way to integrate the environments. The chandelier lamp above the dining table and quartz countertop give a touch of luxury and sophistication.

The winning point of the house is the living room that turned to be a large and comfort space to them enjoy the time and receive their family and friends. Monise Rosa had a chance to created a space with functionality and comfort. She also made a slatted panel behind the TV that serves both as a support and to camouflage the access doorto the rooms. The palette of colors in this project is tones of grey, white, details in blue and a touch of wood in the furniture. As for the light, the designer opted both for natural light sources and the use of lamps. The project has a very large window thanks to which all natural light enters during the day. While for the night, the designer added lightning spots and a lot of LED in the details to enhancethe environment.

During the renovation, the designer maintained only the layout of the laundry and the baby room. The latter has a modern and stylish concept thanks to the renew of décor.
