The dramatic increase in F5 Bike to Work Day and the Group Health Commute Challenge show leaders that cycling improvements on the streets and in businesses are good investments. Let’s be honest: most us ride for the joy of it. Study after study demonstrates that bicyclists are healthier, happier and live longer. This May, come see what all that waving and smiling and happy bell ringing is all about.
