With the ever-changing landscape of employment law, it is imperative to have a baseline knowledge of the employment laws that affect your organization and how to stay in compliance. This session shifts away from the law and focuses on behaviors all organizations should expect from every employee: Respect, Regard, and Courtesy. DEI Allyship – In this stage inclusive leaders not only focus on who needs support, but also how systems need to evolve to interrupt harmful practices that perpetuate an unequal playing field.
