Legal Compliance AAP Update: Inside What the OFCCP Is Really Up To and the New Regulations You Should Prepare for Now This update is targeted at federal contractors and subcontractors subject to OFCCP regulations who already have completed Affirmative Action Plans in place, and are looking for information on preparing for the new regulations which go into effect in March 2014. We’ll also provide a refresher on what should be done throughout the year in order to be in compliance with the regulations and OFCCP’s expectations. Hint: If your AAP is collecting dust on a shelf or if you are asking “what compensation analysis?”, watch out! Leave with a list of “do's and don'ts” and tips on surviving an audit. The values, language and skills in Dynamic Leadership Skills provide effective leadership practices for new and seasoned supervisors, managers and team members. Align the power of people and knowledge with your organization’s strategic goals.

Being a lead demands you strike a difficult balance between being a worker and being a supervisor.
