Our Single Property Websites feature a custom domain (ex. www.1234SmithStreet.com), interactive map and allow for floor plans or other important documents to be uploaded. These websites typically work best with properties that offer unique features, a large amount of acreage or may remain on the market longer than the typical listing. A variety of layouts are available.

These unique URL websites are $200 for one year and are renewable for an additional year for $150. There are no refunds should the property sell or be terminated during this time.
Targeted Social Media Ads
Targeted photo based and video ads on Facebook or Instagram allow you to reach potential buyers outside of your account followers. Choose from Boost’s default targeting, radius targeting around a specified zip code, or upload your list of leads to target. The ads are visually compelling and automatically populate with listing details.
