How long will it take the Admin team to upload my information to Skyslope once I submit the Listings/Transactions Worksheet?

Information will be uploaded to Skyslope within 24 hours from receiving the information

There is a function in DTR where we can email attachments straight into the “Room”. Is there a way to do this in Skyslope?

Yes, there is a function for emailing attachments straight to the "Documents" section in Skyslope An email address gets auto-generated with each file that is created Please follow the link to watch a 2-minute video on how to do this.

On the Listing Contract it only lets us put a price in that field, can you make it work so that we can put TBD or a price?

Those are specifically number only boxes Since that isn't letting you put TBD, you can place a TEXT FIELD box and type in TBD On the left hand side of the screen, click READ ONLY That will allow the text box to show up and not be editable on the completed document (Once you send it, the grey box on the example below will not be there of course. Just the TBD you typed in the text field box)

There is a secondary function in DTR that lets you send the body of an email into the room and it gets converted into a PDF. Does Skyslope have this function as well?

If you send an email with an attachment, the attachment will go into the "documents" tab in Skyslope. The email does not go into the documents tab, but it shows the body of the email in the comments section in the "Log" tab, but will not convert into a PDF See the screenshot below:

We have contacted Skyslope about this function and they are working on adding it

Where are the Brokerage specific forms located?

They are located in the Skyslopes Brokerage Library This includes Escrow Instructions

When viewing the documents in a file under "Skyslope Forms", they appear to all be in a random order and appear in a 'tile' view. Can we rearrange these? Can we change the view?

The tiles are in order of how the process of the listing/transaction goes, you can manually re-arrange them by clicking on the tile and dragging them to where you would like them moved to You cannot change it from the "Tile" View

Some documents are different in Skyslope vs. in Zipforms. (ex. Residential Sale Agreement) If you look at them side by side the content lays out differently and the page breaks are different. Is this just how the program is reading the document?

Yes, this is due to the format of Skyslope forms

How can we get the Managing Principal Broker to Auto populate on Forms?

You can create a template with those boxes pre-placed, but there is no way to actually remap those Forms so it auto populates since they are shared company wide The Forms are owned by specific organizations and they require us to map them a specific way per their agreement with us

Digisign | Signing Platform

In Digisign when you are in the "Prepare Signature" area, can you add a document if you noticed you forgot one?

No, you can not. It has to be added on that specific page, prior to this step.

Breeze | Disclosures Platform

Where is the Property Disclosure Addendum and Lead Based Paint Addendum in Breeze?

You won't see these addendums unless the Sellers answers “yes” at any point to the questions related to these two addendums, the Addendums will auto populate for them to complete.

Error Messages | What they mean

You no longer have access to this form because your permissions have been changed by your association or brokerage. This form will not be included in the envelope.

Solution: Agent does not have access to OREF forms

You will have to go to Browse Libraries at the top and add them The agent just needs their last name and license number

When an agent sends disclosures through Breeze, and the client receives them, they can ask the agent a question and the agents sees the question, but is there anyway the agent can respond directly from breeze to answer their questions?

At this time, there is not a way to respond to your client through Breeze However, this is currently being programmed so that you will be able to respond in the future When this update is ready, Breeze will send an email out to all Skyslope users informing them of this change.

Agents will need to go into their Skyslope account, choose forms and add OREF to their associations

When I try to reset my password it's saying “Invalid Token.”

In Chrome:

Try clearing your cache and cookies to see if that resolves this issue. Once you have cleared the cache and cookies please make sure to close all of your browser windows and start a fresh Skyslope session

If you're in Chrome, you can clear your cache/cookies by doing the following:

1) Click on the three dots in the top right corner of Chrome

2) Go down to More Tools and click on Clear Browsing Data

3) Check mark Cookies and Cached Images

4) Make sure the time range says "ALL TIME" (this is important)

5) Click the Clear Data button and go back to SkySlope

Why when we send out documents for signature they come back in one PDF, and don't automatically come up in the forms file?

Envelopes are what is sent out as the Forms section of your file contains the "blank" versions or in another sense "un-signed" versions The envelopes do come back as one singular PDF, however, you can click the 3 dots to the right of the envelope in the Envelopes section and click Download Individual PDFs which will download a Zip file onto your device with all forms split apart into separated PDFs.

I am a dual incensed agent, but it only allows me to put in one brokerage address.

Skyslope only has the ability to have one brokerage address per profile They have added this as a feature suggestion in upcoming updates Until then it will need to be added manually

I am a Washington Broker, but the Skyslope cover sheet says I have no access, why?

This is specifically a Oregon cover sheet We have asked Skyslope to add a Washington one

Are there phone Apps for Skyslope, Digisign, Breeze?

Skyslope App: Yes.

Skyslope Forms: No, they have not yet released an app but it should be released in the next few months

DigiSign and Breeze: No announcements regarding the apps for these at this time
