CORPORATE IDENTITY 2019
As a designer, we must form our own corporate identity that represents who we are and our background. For this project, I applied my last name: Thaw. In Burmese thaw represents loyalty, strength, and moon. Although usually associated with masculinity, I hoped to demonstrate a feminine yet vigorous personality.

The aim was to provide a visual aesthetic for an object that affects my everyday life; forming my concept of milk ( ) into a brand’s visual. Inspired by my culture’s older traditional novel cover art from my childhood and the unique font style of Nanum Pen Script, I created a brand that relates to a modern aspect of life: almond milk.

PICTOGRAMS & SIGNAGE 2019
A simple design challenge to take 10 categories in Home Depot and develop pictograms. The goal was to find a new way to apply signage through imagery. Inspired by the Gestalt theory, the pictograms are of a minimalistic nature but contain a fun energy fitting for the target audience. *1. gardening, 2. plumbing, 3. wellness, 4. furniture, 5. appliances, 6. hardware, 7. lighting, 8. kitchen, 9.bath services, 10. cleaning
