ULTRA DURABLE

HARD ANODISED

Millions of tiny steel shot are blasted at high velocity at the Fatbar, leaving a textured surface finish. This shot peening process vastly increases the fatigue life and hence durability of the handlebar.

The Fatbar features a hard anodising surface treatment. This finish is far superior in abrasion resistance to standard anodising, to keep your handlebar looking new.

APEX

HANDLEBAR STEM The Renthal Apex combines All Mountain strength, Enduro stiffness and XC lightweight. Unique 240° handlebar clamps allow much of the stem body material to be removed, whilst retaining the strength and stiffness demanded by modern, wide handlebars. The Apex is fully CNC machined, featuring an oversize centre bore, extensive 3D machining and external webbing to maximise structural strength and stiffness and minimise weight.

HANDLEBAR CLAMP

CNC MACHINED

The clamps are installed over the small diameter section of the handlebar and slid into the centre, giving a 240º wrap of the handlebar. The zero-gap lower clamp ensures maximum support of the handlebar, in this critical zone.

The Apex stem is fully CNC machined from solid billet. All unnecessary material is removed to minimise weight, whilst retaining maximum strength and stiffness. The unique bar clamping system opens up the front of the stem, allowing an oversize centre bore, to increase stiffness and strength.

ALUMINIUM TECH

PERFECT FIT

The Renthal Apex is fully CNC machined from a solid billet of 2014 aluminium with 7075 aluminium clamps. These materials and their heat treatment processes have been specifically chosen for this application, to give the highest strength and durability.

The Apex is available in a huge range of sizes, from the shortest offset possible 31mm (33mm in Apex 35) in 10mm increments all the way up to 60mm. Additionally, the Apex can be fitted either way up, to give either 6º rise or 6º drop.

HANDLEBAR STEM Renthal’s revolutionary Duo stem combines high strength with ultra-low weight. The stem is horizontally divided, allowing it to be machined in two pieces. This method gives unrestricted access to the stem core, enabling weight to be reduced to the absolute minimum, without compromising strength.

HORIZONTALLY DIVIDED

CNC MACHINED

Unique to the Duo, the horizontally divided construction has allowed access to the core of the stem to remove the maximum material possible, whilst maintaining maximum strength and stiffness.

The Renthal Duo is fully CNC machined from a solid billet of aluminium. A multiple stage machining process ensures all unnecessary material is removed, to minimise weight, whilst retaining maximum stiffness.

ALUMINIUM TECH

U-SHAPE CLAMP

The Duo is manufactured from high grade 6082 aluminium, which is heat treated to T6. The material and heat treatment processes have been specifically chosen for this application, to give the highest strength to weight ratio.

An uninterrupted U-shape clamping area cradles the underside of the handlebar, eliminating the stress risers found on most other stems, which can lead to handlebar failure.

HANDLEBAR STEM Renthal’s revolutionary Integra stem combines high strength with ultra-low weight. The use of two independent, C-shape handlebar clamps, an ultra-wide handlebar clamping area and six bolt assembly give the highest possible strength and stiffness, at an incredibly low weight. Proven on the World Cup circuit, the Integra is the downhill racers stem of choice.

ALUMINIUM TECH

EFFICIENT DESIGN

The Renthal Integra features a fully CNC machined 6082 T6 aluminium body and 7075 clamps. The materials and their heat treatment processes have been specifically chosen, to give the highest strength to weight ratio.

Steel hardware is a major factor in the weight of a stem. The Integra has reduced the required hardware to just six bolts, instead of the normal eight, to vastly reduce overall weight. Combined with a single piece stem body, the 64mm clamp width gives superior strength and structural stability. This increases control, without the need to add large amounts of material and hence weight.

CHAINRING The Renthal 1XR chainring tooth profiling ensures the highest level of chain retention, in all conditions. Alternating narrow wide teeth interlock with the chain for ultimate security, with no loss of efficiency. Intricate CNC machined tooth profiling increases mud clearance and extends longevity. The Renthal 1XR offers ultimate chain retention performance and market leading durability.

WIDE NARROW

CNC MACHINED

Alternating 1.8 / 3.5mm teeth interlock, in sequence, with the inner and outer links of 9, 10, 11 or 12 speed chain, to give the highest levels of chain retention and efficiency. The tall, square tooth profile ensures the very high level of chain retention isn’t reduced as the tooth face wears.

The 1XR is fully CNC machined from 7075 T6 aluminium alloy. Utilising CNC machining production allows accurate tooth face profiling and the maximum width contact area with the chain rollers, for greater longevity.

ALL WEATHER

HIGH STRENGTH & DURABILITY

Mud grooves, located in each tooth bed combined with ample clearance below the outer chain plates, allows dirt and mud to be purged clear of the drivetrain, improving performance and durability.

A CAD I-Beam cross section is utilised to give the maximum strength and stiffness, with the lowest possible weight. After CNC machining, the 1XR is hard anodised to give an incredibly durable surface finish.

CHAINRING The Renthal SR4 chainrings are legendary in their stiffness and longevity. The 5mm thick Ultralite chainring uses an I-Beam section tooth support bed, for the highest possible stiffness at the lowest possible weight. CNC machined from 7075 T6 aluminium , the hard anodised surface treatment massively increases the lifespan of the chainring.The SR4 120 features an offset tooth bed, which significantly improves chainline when switching from a double chainring set-up to a single ring. The chainring is also threaded to accept standard SRAM hardware, for ease of conversion.Renthal® SR4 chainrings are designed to ride faster, jump further and last longer.
